If the time exceeds 24 hours after receival of the Track & Trace code, parrulashandycraft maintains all rights to refuse to pay out a refund to a customer. Refunds are only paid when the shipment process made the damage, and delivered to the webshop owner within the 24 hour time periode of the receival of the accesory’s. Damages made by customers to delivered goods are non-refundable.
