When can a customer return the received goods?
A customer can return the goods only if they received a damaged product caused by the shipping process.

How can a customer return the received goods?
Customers must contact customer service to initiate the return process. They should include pictures of the goods if they are damaged or defective, and follow the instructions provided to return the item. Returning goods is only possible within the 24 hour time period of delivery to the customer. Pictures must be provided of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery moment, parrulashandycraft has the right to refuse a refund if the communication is only provided later then the 24 hour time period.

To which address can a customer return the received goods?
The return address will be provided by customer service during the return initiation process.

Is returning possible? If yes, within which time period after order date or delivery date?
Yes, returning goods is possible within 24 hourss after receiving the delivery. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted. Pictures must be provided, and returning goods is only possible when damaged by the shipping process, other reasons like: “i don’t like what i ordered” are not valid for restitution.

Who pays for the return shipping cost when the item has to be returned?
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. The webshop owner does not cover return shipping fees.


Are refunds of items possible? If yes, within which time period, order-based or delivery-date based?
Refunds are possible within 24 hours after the goods are delivered. Refund requests made after this period will not be processed and refused automatically. Refunds are only possible when the shipping process is responsible for it, and the customer made the request within 24 hours after receiving the goods, including images of the damaged goods.

Are refunds possible if an item gets damaged during shipping to the customer?
Yes, refunds are possible if the item is damaged during shipping, but the customer must provide photos of the damage on the same day the item is delivered within a 24 hour time period. If no proof is provided within this time frame, it will be assumed that the damage was caused by the customer and any refund possibility will be refused for that specific order.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the item on delivery?
Yes, you can request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the item upon delivery. However, this request must be made within 24 hours after receiving the item, and the product should be returned in its original condition. Refunds will only be made when the shipping process is responsable for the damage, and the refund request is made within the 24 hour time period provided by the webshop. If there are no images attached, or the request is made later then this 24 hour time frame, parrulashandycraft maintains the right to refuse to pay out a refund.

Within which period are refunds not possible anymore?
Refunds are no longer possible longer then 24 hours after the receipt of the goods.
